I have been working at Room & Board full-time (More than a year)
Working at Room & Board has been one of the best decisions I've made in my career. The people here are caring, genuine and hard-working. The environment is truly unique, it is welcoming, open and provides lots of natural light. I have the opportunity to learn something new almost daily. I have been part of a large project as well as other small ones already in my time here. I am grateful to have the ability to work from home and personal time to take care of myself and my family. Room & Board proves over and over again that they care about their staff members, the community and sustainability. This makes the company really stand out in my opinion.
None that I can think of in my time here.

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Room & Board (Golden Valley, MN) in December 2018.
Met with the HR Director at a SHRM meeting, where the position was brought up. Applied online. Was told that they would begin screening applications for the position in about a month. Heard back 3 weeks later requesting a phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager. This lasted about 45-60 minutes. Some behavioral questions, but mostly informational. Invited for an in-house interview 2 weeks later. These interviews took two hours, and they were in rotations of 30 minutes each, and you typically interview with 1-2 people at a time. These are behavioral, but it is designed to make you feel very comfortable. They offer their own feedback, converse with you, and make the entire process very seamless. Heard back 3 days later with an offer, which I accepted.
