I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Russell Reynolds (Chicago, IL) in January 2012.
Everyone I met with was very polite the office is well organized. Normal questions about past experience and how day to day is ran. Beautiful office, a little stuffy with an air of arrogance. Two rounds of interview before being turned down.
