I have been working at Ryan Homes full-time (Less than a year)
Fun hard working work culture with high expectations and great values, healthy balance between team support and competitiveness - Compete but also celebrate success achieved by team members. Everyone is always willing to help each other. GREAT Benefits (low cost health care, discounts with vendors, home purchase discount), company events are held often and give you a chance to get to know co-workers and talk with the "higher ups", Stable company, AWESOME & thorough training programs, great opportunities for advancement, Only have to work 2 weekends a month and get 2 days off during the week (when you work wknds).
Sales Reps do not always utilize the SA's as they should and as a result some work days can get rather boring/slow

Pretty easy phone interview, mostly behavioral.
