    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SPX (Nashville, TN) in May 2010.

    Interview

Easier to get hired if you can have someone refer you. May be asked to interview first or to go straight to staffing agency. Paperwork and benefits for the first few months to a year are taking care of through the staffing agency while you are a contract working.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Was able to negotiate schedule. Flexibility worked in favor. Salary was non-negotiable.
