I have been working at Sage full-time (Less than a year)
There are countless benefits to working at Sage that will appeal to different people in different ways at different areas of life; be they newly graduated, yearning for a change/challenge or wanting to invest their knowledge and experience in an established organisation. Whatever the journey, Sage has a place for you.
The one thing that was important for me at this stage of my life was autonomy of my time, and I am happy to say that for the first time in my 14 years of employment, I have found an organisation that gives me full control of how, where and when I work. It's the most liberating experience that I fail to sum up in words. This one change has made a significant impact in my life and upped the trajectory of my work-life balance in an astounding way!
I have heard from older employees that there are many uncomfortable changes that the organisation is going through. As I am fairly new to the organisation, these changes are exciting rather than uncomfortable. I'll write another review in a year and tell you whether this has changed!
Advice to Management
Keep up the fantastic work! I see the pillars of Sage being upheld on a daily basis through all levels of the organisation. It feels good to be part of an organisation that doesn't just have values and mission statements to decorate their website, but truly live up to them!

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sage (Johannesburg (South Africa)) in January 2018.
One interview sitting with HR, Team Lead and a neutral third party.
Behavioral Interview , tell me about a time when you disagreed with a colleague, when you were satisfied in your job?
