I have been working at Saia LTL Freight part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I really enjoy my job at Saia. I have learned alot and am very happy with my co workers. Management is great at my terminal. I have never been treated unfairly.

    Cons

The only thing about Saia is the when you are first hired there is not quite as much training as there should be.

    Advice to Management

There is no advise I could give to management other than prvoide a little bit more traing to new employees.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Saia LTL Freight (Charlotte, NC) in May 2015.

    Interview

Basic interview questions, followed up by back ground check, drug screening, physical and a three-day tanning process. Nothing was done online or over the phone. Everything was done in person. The physical was just a simple evaluation of your over all healh like vision, balance and reflexes.
