I have been working at Sailthru full-time (More than a year)
- Sailthru is continuing raise their game, and part of that is letting go of of under performers - some of the comments below are clearly from those people - the tone could not be more clear
- Not only is Sailthru expecting more from employees but they're not putting up with employees who have a negative or toxic attitude. It's making a big difference in terms of morale.
- Focus is much more crisp than it's ever been. The CEO constantly talks about our corporate goals and the operational focus is paying off. NPS is rising quickly and the business is definitely being managed with more discipline.
- The office is packed!
- Sometimes we run out of gummy bears.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sailthru (New York, NY) in June 2016.
Process was very thorough and well run. Good mix of management involved in the process, all very well prepared. They had all reviewed my resume, had relevant questions and provided a good environment.
