    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schnitzer Steel (Everett, MA) in May 2021.

    Interview

First I was given a Caliper test. Then a video interview with my direct manager, his boss, regional HR and Regional Project Manager. Then I was flown out to tour the facility and a final in person interview.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked me multiple questions about managing and leading people. The culture is very important to the company.   Answer Question
