    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Schnitzer Steel (Portland, OR) in February 2021.

    Interview

First interview was with two members of the Environmental Health and Safety team. They gave a thorough description of the position and company, and asked many canned questions. Tone was conversational and relaxed. It felt like it went really, and I was assured that I would hear back, either way, by a certain date. Nearly two months passed following that date without hearing anything.
