I worked at Skanska full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

People, projects, support, training. Great opportunities to move around the Pacific Northwest. Face paced, fun, wish I never left.

    Cons

At times the training was a bit of a struggle to push through. Not a big deal at all, but I have to add something.

    Advice to Management

Trevor W. best manager I have ever worked for. Truly wants what is best for his people, projects, and subcontractors. Kuddos buddy. See you in Montana.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Skanska (Portland, OR).

    Interview

Very easy, very pleasant. Receptionist was friendly and chatted with me while I waited for interviewer; put me at ease. Interview questions were basic and designed to learn the bare bones of what they needed to know. The decision was made on the spot and I received an offer the next day.
