    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Slalom (Minneapolis, MN) in June 2015.

    Interview

The interview process was a casual yet professional conversation. This was a welcome experience compared to some of the more traditional/textbook interview questions that do not always accurately portray the organization or individual. Ultimately, the level of expertise of the people, and the chance to learn from them, were the deciding factor for me.
