    Salesforce Developer Interview

    Average Interview

    Application

The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Scottsdale, AZ).

    Interview

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I was contacted by a recruiter and had an informal meeting with her over coffee, and then was asked to come into the office to talk with the developer team manager. The time I spent with him was relaxed and he asked questions
about my developer background, as well as other questions that pertained to fitting into the existing environment. Several weeks after this in-person interview, I was sent a project to complete for the technical portion of the interview. The project was fairly short, and tailored to the position for which I was applying. I received feedback on the project a week or so after I turned it in, and consequently was offered a job. Throughout the entire interview process, the recruiter was in contact with me and was available to answer any questions or concerns I had.
