    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Toronto, ON (Canada)).

    Interview

I was contacted by a recruitor over linkedin, then forwarded to the regional HR specialist. The positions described to me were not very accurate, and to some extent didn't exist. When I had a formal interview with the engineering director, it seems the the HR specialist and the director were not in sync, and the position description was not what I had in mind. Overall the team was comptetant and polite, but the communication during the process was a let down.
