I worked at Sovos full-time (More than 5 years)
Over a multi-year period, I was able to advance my skills and get promoted into new roles 4 different times. The final promotion came as I left the company to pursue my next career opportunity, which I had only become prepared for through my growth at Sovos. The "educate and advance from within" philosophy is supported and promoted throughout the culture with individual development, team training, leadership skills programs, and mentoring.
Leadership works diligently at providing an environment of clear communication with many efforts to keep the rapidly growing population up to date on changes as they occur. They also have a clear vision of their growth trajectory and make great progress in the areas of compliance and reporting.

Stay the course!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sovos (Minnetonka, MN) in December 2016.
Phone interview and then a 30 min in-person interview.
Supervisor just looked at my resume and seemed like he had already decided. Asked a bit about my background.
Then just had to pass a drug screen and a pretty in depth background check.
