I have been working at Spring Venture Group full-time (Less than a year)
I went into this with no sales experience, no formal education except my High School Diploma, and ambition (that's a requirement). Management provides ongoing training well into employment, as it is a very detailed job. I joined almost 4 months ago and the boss and I are still meeting almost daily to refine my process. My peers are also just a chat away if I have any questions. Goals are always being encouraged and discussed amougst the team. I get to choose my breaks and hours.
You have to pay out of pocket for the test it takes to get your license and it's hard to balance life while trying to study and adult. I held down 2 part-time jobs while still trying to study. It's a lot of material to learn in the time your'e given between the job offer and the test. It also involves travel if you aren't in the testing area. It's been completely worth it though. I was reimbursed for my expenses on my 1st check. I enjoyed the travel and the results of the hard work I put into getting and doing my job. I want to be at this job for a few years.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what your'e doing, it's working!
