High pressure to perform and publish, parking at work costs at least $30/month and is limited, and a lot of positions are contracted for only one year at a time
Advice to Management
Keep up the employee wellness and commute incentives! These programs make a very positive difference for work-life balance and offset the costs and headache of parking on campus.
