    Pros

I feel like i have job security ,a great opportunity for advancement ,as well as given the proper training and information to do my job .

    Cons

My shift does not allow me much family time during the week. Could use more tools to do our jobs correctly !

    Advice to Management

Need to find a way to hold employees accountable for their time , I personally know of employees riding out jobs at end of shift so they can go home on time !
