very good benefit package, acceptable pay, until recently - was trusted to do my job and not be micro-managed
Cons
recent buyout has caused many changes, no internal communications, customer service focus has been taken from the forefront
Advice to Management
trust your management to manage. the company wouldn't have been an attractive purchase for the new buyer if the upper management had operated the current way it is being run. the ratings below do not reflect the years that i spent at the company, but the company in it's current condition
