Pros

The pay is OK. The 401k match is good. The training is awesome. The work is interesting and constant. The culture, as created by Mr. Kent, is very good.

Advice to Management

Quit talking about chamging things. You just bought an established company. Every time you talk about how things are getting better, or will get better, those of us that are smart and experienced will either see you as liars or you think we were bad before the merger. You are either saying we weren't good before or we were not. Take a line from the Snapple commercials about making the best stuff better.
