I have been working at Supercell full-time (More than 3 years)
Pros
Great colleagues, superb values, comfortable office, plenty of perks, lots of transparency (not 100%, but still). Difficult to imagine working at any other company after this one.
Cons
Not a con in itself, but Supercell doesn't offer traditional career paths and progression. Rather, you work to become (and remain) the best possible expert in your field, and innovate ways in which you can contribute to the company.
Advice to Management
Keeping the company flexible will continue to be one of the toughest challenges for top management, but it's essential in the constantly changing mobile gaming space.

Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Supercell (Helsinki, Southern Finland (Finland)) in March 2013.
Interview
The interview consisted of two parts. First, there was the submission of a self-recorded series of responses to three questions that was submitted through their website.
Once the in person interview was arranged, the interviewers left the room for me to complete a mock customer service response to a common question. They probably watched me through the webcam.
They returned to run through some questions. There were no curveballs and the conversation was casual, but focused on understanding how I might work with others. There was also a tour of their beautiful office.
