I have been working at Sutter Health as a contractor

    Pros

Pleasant work environment. Reasonable expectations, communicated well. The managers I interacted with were talented and kind.

    Cons

Pay was low - might have been higher if I'd be a direct employee.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sutter Health (Rancho Cordova, CA) in January 2016.

    Interview

Sutter Physician Services has a pretty extensive interview process. I had the opportunity to speak to a variety of people, from peers to managers to VPs. There were phone interviews, one on one interviews, and panels interviews. All were well prepared, candid, asked insightful questions, and shared a lot of information about the company. The process was intense, but I was given an opportunity not only to tell the company all about me, but to also learn about the environment and see if it was a good fit. Very impressive and organized process; it was difficult from the level of number of interviews, but a very positive experience.
