    Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Sysco (Charlotte, NC) in June 2013.

    Interview

They only accept applications through the employment security commission?!! First you will have a very basic phone interview questions . Afterward, you will have an interview with the area sales manager. It is very casual and he will ask you typical behavioral questions. If you pass, he will set you up with appointment to meet with his boss who will ask the same behavioral questions. Don't try to share any previous negative experience at all. All must be positive. Give examples where you always won and sold regardless what industry you came from.
