I worked at TMX Finance Family of Companies full-time (More than 10 years)
There are no more good reasons to work with the Company. The foundations that this Company was built on slowly faded away. The Core values no longer exists. We don't even operate under the simple mission statement that we proclaim we do.
This was a place I use to brag about to my friends, family and whomever. I started from the ground up, I am the walking manual, the walking handbook, I eat, sleep, breathe titlemax for over 10 years. Weathered the storm, rise above adversity but nowadays anything goes. The screening process was so awesome, now anyone can be a GM, SM, ASM or CSR. I have watched this Company evolved not for the best but for the turn of the worst. Upper management.......well lets leave it at that. There's no professionalism, lack of leadership, definitely racism(which I personally have experienced in the last year). It's a lot of unspoken I will leave out but I am highly disappointed. This is my first job out of College and time was invested. I actually loved what I did but I could no longer be apart of a broken system that fails to acknowledge or fix fault.
Advice to Management
Invest more in your people and the reward will be greater.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at TMX Finance Family of Companies (Warner Robins, GA) in June 2016.
You get a call from a recruiter they ask you a few questions and then they set you up to meet with a manager at TitleMax. In my case I actually interviewed at the store that was hiring and I was interviewed by the General Manager of the location. The whole time she interviewed me she was unprofessional she would speak as though she was better then you and was very short and rude. Needless to say I needed a job or I would have just walked out. Come to find out this manager is so worried about what goes on in your personal life she researches your social media before you are hired but unfortunately for her I don't have any.
