I have been working at Tetra Tech as an intern (Less than a year)
-Nice group of individuals who will offer the opportunity to teach you new skills if you ask.
-Upper management is supportive.
-Not hierarchical like a lot of companies, rather, there are opportunities for promotion when you learn the skills necessary to take on new tasks.
-Could not do field work as an intern because I was not provided my 40-hour OSHA training.
-Busy season is from May - November, but other months get slow.
-Not too chatty of an office space (could be a pro if you prefer a quieter work environment).
Advice to Management
Provide more opportunities for interns to grow and learn about their roles through group lunches or office gatherings.
