Appropriate 'fit' of personality within this company, and more specifically within any given showroom is one of the most essential hiring factors - which is by no means a negative, but rather a serious and difficult consideration. If you do not work well within your individual team, or as a whole within the company (from one internal department interaction to the next), you will not last here.

10.) Are only accustomed to a 'toxic' retail environment, and further more have difficulties with placing trust in or being trusted by a team of like-minded professionals.

Advice to Management
Allocate additional PTO days, and allow for a distinctive separation thereof; Sick vs. Personal. In order for this to be successful and rewarding for both TSS and employees however, I would only allot PTO in quarterly increments, still allow for a roller over accumulation every month (and year), but space the allocation. Turn the allowance of PTO in to more of an accumulative incentive, rather than a given lump sum/allotment.
Allow for a new work schedule system; a continuous rotation of days on/off to ensure each team member has an equal opportunity to work during typically busy, and slow week/weekend days to ensure equal distribution of potential new lead creations/sales.
Ensure that as corp grows, direct communication from employees to all executive level management is never impeded upon. This aspect of enabled, and currently encouraged communication within TSS is a key factor in our success as a company; internally, and otherwise - now, and in the future.
