Advice to Management
Continue to pursue the cultural change of networking and connectivity. It's working well.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (Brownsville, TX) in June 2014.
Friendly and inquisitive. There were three people interviewing me, which seemed intimidating at first, but ended on laughs and a promise for a future job. The interviewers knew what they wanted and what they were looking for. They promised to call and set something up with me soon.
