I have been working at The Valley Management Group (Less than a year)
Company was very welcoming during interview stages
*Beware*The job is not what the ad tells you everyone starts off at the same position only to make a little over minimum wage and selling other companies products at the grocery store. This is a sales position unfortunately and hours or Monday-Sunday with scheduled days off
Advice to Management
This process and the position should be described in the first interview so that people know what there getting themselves into

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Valley Management Group (Peoria, AZ) in January 2019.
I waited for over an hour after checking in and filling forms, the receptionist was unhelpful and seemed to have no idea where anyone was or why it took so long to be seen, and I was only interviewed because I flagged a passerby down in the lobby and he happened to be the interviewer. During the interview I couldn't get a clear answer about anything I wanted to know (pay, organizational structure, who owns their larger organization, and what the management training entails). I have never been more jerked around in an interview. Every step of the process with them was unprofessional, suspicious, and frustrating. I researched the company after my "interview" and it's abundantly clear this is a direct sales position with a management structure very similar to multi-level-marketing and for whatever reason they won't be honest or up front about that. Red flags by the thousands. Terrible waste of my time.
