Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Beijing, Beijing (China)).
Interview
Two round interview. First round, onsite online testing for C++ skills. The question becomes increasingly harder when you answered previous question correctly. Some of the questions are very tricky. Then after 3 days HR called to arrange the second round interview - manager interview. Questions focus on experience, and English. No technique questions.
