Employees rate Baltimore 13.2% higher than the overall average
I have been working at Transamerica full-time (Less than a year)
Great management team. Great product positioning. Tons of upside potential. Great brand. Lots of smart people who work hard for Transamerica's success. Very minimal politics/back stabbing for the size of the company.
The biggest issue (which I think senior management knows) are the lack of quality tools to capture management information quickly and in a way that leads to smart strategies.
Advice to Management
Improve i/t tools for better information. Establish a culture where embracing the tools for better long term infrastructure is more important than just getting to the right answer quickly in the short term.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Transamerica (Baltimore, MD) in November 2015.
Met the recruiter at career fair followed by a phone interview and got a call to visit the office. We had multiple rounds including problem solving in a team and presenting the idea. Had two rounds of interview about my background.
