    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Translations.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

International, people focused, good health care, vacation time. Excellent on-site environment.

    Cons

No training, pressure to take on more than is possible, an emphasis on personal responsibility means sometimes staying late, working weekends with little to know compensation.

    Advice to Management

Please train employees and give more guidance to new employees. If no training is provided, please only hire seasoned employees.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Translations.com (New York, NY) in June 2014.

    Interview

Several on-site interviews, one including a short test, along with several phone interviews - one with HR, and one with the general manager for the TDC Production Team. The offices for the main sales team are very beautiful and a bit intimidating. The HR team is predictably bland and unreadable.
