I have been working at TriMark USA full-time (More than a year)
Trimark invests a lot of time and money into making sure that anybody who deals with selling and buying products is continually learning about what's new on the market. They do a really good job at setting you up to succeed. You always know exactly where you stand sales wise and every breakdown known to man is available to help paint a picture of where you can improve. None of my managers micro-manage me and always give me my space to grow and run my territory like it's my own business; yet at the same time, they're always there when I need help. Everyone in the company is extremely helpful and I never feel weird reaching out to a coworker for some guidance with an issue. Trimark definitely has the best work environment out of any company I've ever worked for. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone interested in this field of work.
Understaffed. We're growing way too fast and need more people in multiple departments to keep up with the increasing volume.
Advice to Management
The only thing i'd suggest that management do more to train newer sales reps in strategic sales tactics and how to approve new customers comfortably and to ensure a high success rate. I know that's one area that newer reps struggle with.
