    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Trinity Health (Ann Arbor, MI).

    Interview

You apply for a position and their are hospital recruiters who get in touch with hiring nurse managers to see if they can get you an interview. Then you get a call. I had 2 interviews on 2 different units. The 1st interview, I was called by the recruiter and set up everything up. The 2nd interview, I was contacted directly by the nurse manager of the unit. You go in, complete the interview, and then someone will contact you back within 1-2 weeks.
