I have been working at Trov full-time

    Pros

One of the best work environments I've ever worked in. People are really nice and smart, it's a pleasure to work here. The company has a lot of opportunities in this industry. We are given a lot of freedom to do our work.

    Cons

The company can get very ambitious and try a lot of different projects, we need more focus

    Advice to Management

Keep caring about the people as much as you do

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Trov (Danville, CA).

    Interview

Intimate and thorough interview process. The leadership was persistent, yet honored my timeline along the way. It was a great process overall that took many months, but this is only because I was controlling the timeline.
