I worked at URS Corporation full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It is centrally located at a major BART station in downtown Oakland, has a very professional staff, with open access to officers and management.

    Cons

None really, the occasional personality clash. There were three floors, mostly segregated according to discipline, timely communication and even recognition of other employees was sometimes difficult.

    Advice to Management

Keep staff happy, enjoy good profit.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at URS Corporation (Oakland, CA) in February 2011.

    Interview

One of the easiest interview processes I've had, but I think it really depends on who you are interviewing with. A friend of mine interviewed and was given a pop quiz.

I had a casual, relaxed conversation, and I didn't have to deal with multiple rounds of interviews which was nice. I was done in under an hour, and I received an offer a week later.
