I never worked there but i did work at Lyons New jersey location. I worked for front Desk for Eunice hospice care for internship. I walk around greeting the veterans each morning with a newspaper. I also made schedule for all out going patient that had doctor appointment. I also communicated with veterans about life or family issue. I also was there problem solver. I enjoyed making the veterans smile and happy.
I didn't become permeated at location. That's what a problem for me. i miss my vet.
Advice to Management
The ma, rm and etc. They are very unfair to the vet. Very rude at time , making the vet feel stupid or belittling them to the point sometime making them feel bad.
