Support is a joke! Any problems or issues with account, trips, money, anything. If there isn’t. a Uber hub in your town or near by forget about resolutions being found on the phone or messages.
Advice to Management
Get a phone support system where the Drivers can speak with America English speaking individuals who have the power to resolve issues over the phone. Unlock accounts. See problems and explain them. Not refers matters to a support team that we can’t contact or doesn’t exist. Or have to wait days or weeks to hear back from with accounts on hold. Money on hold. Issues pending. With the ability we have to communicate among each at all times in this day for a company to not have a good support system in place shows they undervalue employees or partners.
