I have been working at Uber full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great perks and commission was uncapped while I was there so it was great.

    Cons

There was a serious lack of diversity within Uber Eats, especially at the leadership/management level. There were no managers/leaders of color on any team.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Washington, DC) in November 2021.

    Interview

Applied internally and was interviewed and not even considered for the 2nd round because apparently there are other people with more management experience which is absurd. I did have the experience for the role and would of excel but it’s left up to the wrong hands to decide which now provides a negative outlook of the company
