I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Ultra Clean Technology (Chandler, AZ) in June 2017.
First, I was contacted by their recruiter who schedule a phone interview next day. Next day I waited 10 or 15 min for the call, but their recruiter did not call. Instead, she sent me an email with a phone interview sheet and asked me to fill it up and send it back. Two weeks later I received an email from her asking me for a second interview at UCT. During this second interview, the interviewers were late, did not have a room scheduled for the interview (we changed the place two times) and they did not read my resume. I felt very good at the interview but when I asked them about training and devleopment they felt uncomfortable, talked about some mandatory corporate procedures for a new employee and they did not make further comments. I had sent at least three emails to their recruiter asking for interview's feedback with no response... If their interview process reflects how will be my daily work, run away from this company while you can!!!
