    Pros

Great benefits, great pay. Fun operating trains. Spent 18 year's. Learned heavy grade, dpu, least. Positive train control. I know ctc, abs, twc directional traffic.

    Cons

I don't know west to say. Have traveled a lot. Not much to say other than i love railroading. I'm ready to get back at it

    Advice to Management

The upper management needs to spend more time with the the tey employees. Need to stop fighting with the te&y and learn to work with the employees. Upper management needs to stop acting or thinking that the operating employees see trying to cause issues. Operating employees just want to get over the road and get stuff done. Service the customers
