I have been working at Valet Living full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
Valet Living has been a breath of fresh air as a sales executive during my first 90 days. I have experienced a good balance of strong sales focus, engaged leadership, and healthy company culture. In my market, there is an abundance of opportunity to grow and succeed. The company makes it clear that this is a longer sales cycle (90-120 days), so this may be an adjustment to someone accustomed to a short (30 days) sales cycle such as digital advertising, as was my background. In this role, you need to build your pipeline, keep it full, and work closely with the national team to close deals.
You will receive the autonomy and support to be successful.
Cons
As the company innovates and brings new concepts to market, certain offerings do not have clearly defined sales messaging.

Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Valet Living (Phoenix, AZ) in November 2017.
Interview
Early morning phone call from recruiter. Recruiter will screen you she/he will pass you on pass you on to the next step if you meet the minimum qualifications. 2-3 days RDO will call you for a interview phone/in person. She/he likes you, will pass you on the HR. If you pass all the recruiter, sends a offer letter and background and drug screening. About a 2-3 week turn around for me.
