    Pros

This company clearly cares about the people that it employs and offers plenty of tools to improve your skills and grow.

    Cons

Because of such rapid growth this may not be the right environment for everyone. If you prefer for every day to be the same I advise that you look elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Continue training on the right mindset to recruit and the right skillset to set as a standard and this company will continue to lead the industry.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Valet Living (Plano, TX) in February 2019.

    Interview

The interview process was very difficult. There were two different interviews. One with a district manager and one with the regional manager of operations. It was a lot of questions I wasn't prepared for.
