I have been working at Vantagepoint ai full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

VantagePoint is changing people lives! No exaggeration. Working here over the last three years has given me the opportunity to build many different skill sets and take on many different roles . This software is the real deal and our training prepares our customers for success. Work is left at work, nothing to take home and you won't work weekends or nights at VantagePoint. There is a team culture that is so evident with every person who works here and we have a blast together! VantagePoint is a big family and they take a personal interest in yours. We take family vacations with the company yearly. My whole family receives birthday cards from the president of the company and they even send us a gift for our wedding anniversary each year. I have felt at home from my first day. The people are what make VantagePoint the best place to work, the customers, the management team, and all of my fellow "Eagles"!

    Cons

Most of your time is spent on the phone and some (not all) customers can be difficult at times. Your ability to schedule and plan efficiently can make, or break you, as we often deal with high volume of calls.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Vantagepoint ai (Wesley Chapel, FL) in April 2019.

    Interview

Initial interview was scheduled via email with lots of questions to answer. At the initial in-person interview, the President requested to create and design an email to capture the audience with a landing page just to get my skills ability and "thought" process for the 2nd interview with the Marketing/Sales team. It was an odd request, more like a suspicion, like they are shoplifting for free work. Neverless, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, provided them basic email marketing skills to satisfy their request and test suspicious curiosity if they were just looking to freeload off my ideas, work, and time. There are a lot of employees that steal from candidate's work without giving them a fair opportunity.

    Interview Questions

    • Interview questions weren't questions about the candidate but more fishing and pressing hard towards me for solutions how to generate money without crediting the candidate the opportunity and asking the candidate to do their work for them for free.   1 Answer

    Reasons for Declining

The company was not decent people, felt it was beneath my talent and professional ethics for success. The hassling for free ideas, designs, and free work from others was very obvious that they weren't looking to pay talented people but looking to get talented people to do the work for free.
