I have been working at Veracode full-time (More than a year)
Great company, great CEO and a culture that cultivates true autonomy and trust in its employees.
Fast growth has meant the company is losing some of its start up feel and becoming too corporate. Whilst that in itself isn't a bad thing as the structure is being put in place to lead to growth, in the process its losing the charm that has made it such a great employer for many people.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Veracode (London, England (UK)) in October 2016.
First stage was a decent, professional, well-balanced conversation with HR. Second stage was conducted by the Sales Manager & HR. The interview ambience was friendly and accommodating throughout. I was left with a very professional and welcoming impression of not just the interviewers but also Veracode in general.
