    Pros

Great management. Fair. They really believe in team work. Excellent training. Great benefits..

    Cons

Lately the OSPE job became more inside job. Beginning to lose touch with outside plant.

    Advice to Management

I believe that OSPE should be the primary customer contact & face of the organization.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Verizon (New York, NY) in October 2020.

    Interview

Played online games that were actually pretty fun and submitted a pre-recorded interview that took about an hour to record. You got two chances which were very nice and made it much less stressful. Overall, it was a really great process!
