I have been working at Virtua Health full-time
Generous PTO policy, but after your stop accruing time at your 9th year there is a lack of perks.
Health benefits are fantastic.
Ritz-Carlton program is a waste of money.
Credo card is a waste of time. The values listed are basic normal values any good loving person should have. It is very cult-ish to repeat these every day.
Wish we had better bonuses. Yes we are 9,000 employees but if you are not a manager or have some contractual/union bonus the you are getting peanuts.
Stop getting rid of programs. Employees should be able to get food for free to an extent after a certain amount of time, employees should get a gift, even it is junk, after X amount of years.
Need to have dress down days. Not a good culture if you are not a healthcare provider.
It's all about the whip being cracked and who you know. So much nepotism!
Advice to Management
Stop hiring Yes men/women and drones. Oh the truth hurts!

I applied online. I interviewed at Virtua Health (Cherry Hill, NJ) in April 2017.
I was contacted by telephone to confirm my credentials and was scheduled for an interview the following Monday. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist and woman I was scheduled to interview with came out at our scheduled time. She asked approximately 12 question from a list of "typical" interview type questions. She was friendly, professional and made me feel at ease.
