I worked at Vivint Smart Home full-time (More than 3 years)
You get to use and see all the new smart 🧠 home 🏡 🏠 🏚️ 🚪 🏘 tech
The company will never take accountability for they own mess ups but will still blame everything on the installation tech and say oh "you didn't OWN the customer or the situation" they do what they want @ hq, blame the techs for every thing and they have been caught lieing to customers on hundreds of occasions (which i got to witness almost every day).

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Vivint Smart Home (Baltimore, MD) in September 2017.
Informal. Intimidation tactics used to scare you away to see how tough you are. Gave worst cases about the job. Interviewer seemed like there had been a lot of turn over for this position.
