- Pay rate is good. Commission opportunity was even better.
- Team culture was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
- Lots of team building events and meetings.
- A moderate disconnect between field technicians and the customer service call center sometimes led to issues when onsite with a customer in their home.
Advice to Management
Keep up the great team culture. Constant ongoing training and refreshers would be helpful to most technicians.
