I have been working at Vubiquity full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good work-life balance.
Company is regularly poached for talent by the big Media players.
Technical minded employees will find ample opportunity to move upwards.

    Cons

Entry level jobs have very low wages.
High employee turnover hampers the business regularly.
US side of the company overshadows International regularly.

    Advice to Management

The company is rife with Chinese whispers which does the staff a lot of harm. Be more open with your employees.
Entry level wages are very poor. They need to keep up with the times if you want talented applicants.
Existing long term employees do not get the financial gains/recognition they deserve. Reward them for their loyalty.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vubiquity (London, England (UK)) in October 2018.

    Interview

First contact via email by the HR Director. A meeting with two staff members was set and the interview was pretty much myself talking about me. No technical or specific questions were asked.
