Interview
I submitted my application and heard back from a recruiter for a phone interview. The phone interview was 10 minutes, and I was asked two general questions about myself - basically going over my resume. Nothing I was asked got into detail about my skills/experience, nor did it get specific about the role or the company. The recruiter was very casual, and seemingly was more interested in selling me on the job than assessing my fit for the role. The recruiter was also unable to answer any of my questions about the company, the role or the team and instead tried to get me to come in for an in person interview telling me that those questions would be answered in person. All of this brought up some red flags for me, so I removed myself from the recruiting process.InterviewTell me about your experience.
