I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WellCare (Houston, TX) in March 2015.
Rushed, they were very eager to bring me in. They misrepresented the company as a well organized one. The reality is very different. The recruiter from WellCare reached out to me to see if I was interested in what seemed like a great opportunity. She set up an initial phone screening with the recruiting manager. Two days after my initial screening she set up 4 additional interviews. One week later they made an offer. Make sure to add a severance agreement to the offer. WellCare is well known for yearly lay offs.
